Abstract

In contemporary times, online shopping has become an integral part of modern consumer culture. Through digital platforms, consumers can access information about various goods and services from the comfort of their homes, compare them, and make purchases tailored to their specific needs. This process has reshaped consumer decision-making capabilities, preferences, and consumption behavior.
